Legionella-Related Emergency Reimbursement Clause

In the event of a Legionella-related emergency, where our company and/or our team is required to provide any form of assistance, including but not limited to, consultation, remediation, or legal defense, the client agrees to fully reimburse our company for all associated costs. These costs may include, but are not limited to, labor, materials, equipment, external services, legal fees, and any other expenses incurred as part of the response to such an emergency. Reimbursement shall be made within 30 days of receipt of an itemized invoice from our company.
