Our OSHA programs include certificate programs, regulatory compliance training, employee training, best safety practices, on-site audits, supervisor training, work-zone training and classroom training, just to name a few. All training is customized to your specified needs, circumstances and location; in most cases all training will be performed at your worksite for higher effectiveness.
Before any plan can start, a site survey must be completed. This is basically a walk-though of the entire location looking for potential problems that can occur. If we can identify them, we can prevent them. The survey is used to gain information about your particular process, potential hazards in that process, and learning how the workers feel about the current programs in place. Are the workers following the procedures? Why or why not? All of the information from the survey is compiled to help us to write a compliance program that fits the specific needs of the managers and the employees of that location. We will then train the program and make sure everyone has a common understanding of that plan. Finally, we will help the program administrator with a brief orientation on how they need to administer the plan. This is called training from top to bottom. We take OHSA training very seriously, and we should; exceptional training may save someone’s life.
