This certification designates that R. Trace Blackmore has successfully completed the AWT certification process. Within the state of Georgia, only three other water specialists have received the acclaimed certification. Under the stringent process to gain certification, a specialist is put to the test to ensure that he or she is as knowledgeable as possible in treating any system, anywhere. In addition, all CWT’s must undergo a minimum amount of continuing education every year to keep their designation. This ensures CWT’s are always “on top” of the latest information and technologies in the water treatment industry.

Commitment to EthicsEvery CWT has signed a 13-part Declaration of Ethics, agreeing that the principles of honesty, integrity, commitment to conservation of resources, and excellence will govern every business relationship they forge. This Declaration is a serious matter to AWT, resulting in disciplinary action, including revocation of one's certification status, if found in violation.
