A water treater can only be as good as the tools he or she uses. This is why Blackmore Enterprises, Inc. uses some of the best field equipment in the industry. Human error is one of the biggest problems in running typical field tests. One person may see a color lighter or darker, thus affecting the interpretation of the reading. We use spectrophotometers and digital titrators to remove that “human error." By properly preparing the sample and then utilizing these high end devices to interpret the results we can perform laboratory quality results on-site.

This technology allows us to accurately “pen-point” these analyses into the hundredths of a part per million (something the naked eye could never do.) Therefore, we can effectively make adjustments to your systems providing optimization of water and energy, ultimately effecting your “bottom-line”.

Micro-biological monitoring is very important. The technology for testing micro-biological activity as advanced also allowing us to make on-site adjustments. Many companies still utilize auger dip-slides to “culture” micro-biological organisms. This process is very effective, but it normally takes up to three days for a culture to develop. Blackmore Enterprises, Inc. utilizes a Luminescence Meter that reads ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the energy of any living organism.

By effectively monitoring and benchmarking the ATP levels of a particular system, we can make on-site adjustments to your biocide program, not in three or more days after the culture develops. Just think, if a system is contaminated on day one, how much worse it will be three days later. We notice the problem and correct it right then, right there.
